From getting walk-throughs setup in minutes notice, to negotiation, to ensuring issues found via the inspection were fully compensated and fixed prior to possession date. She is a knowledgeable realtor with many season behind (through boom and bust years); with the many years experience she has many contacts including numerous inspectors and lawyers should you need suggestions. Overall I had a great experience and learnt a lot with her as my realtor. If the need arise to buy or sell, I will use her again.
